HOW TO CHOOSE SIZE: We have 4 different sizes as customer choices: 85CM/33.46″ and 90CM/35.43″ for the diameter of the hoop, and 25MM/0.98″ and 32MM/1.26″ for the aerial ring bar. If you are unsure which size you need, a basic measurement is to sit on a chair and measure from the seat to the top of your head, then add 10cm (eg: chair to top of head is 80cm, then you likely need a 90cm aerial hoop). Note: this refer to the INNER diameter.OUTER Dia is 5cm more than INNER dia.
