Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?

Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.If the Zeroner app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “Reset”.) Then try again.If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the Zeroner app and also delete the Original Bluetooth code from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the Zeroner app and try again.（You can find your smart watch’s bluetooth code on setting–>about)

Q:Is the smart watch heavy on the wrist? Is the screen too big for a ladies small wrist?

A:No, it isn’t. The smart watch weighs only 46.7g, which is equivalent to the weight of an egg, and will not feel heavy when worn on the hand. The watch adopts a clearer large screen design, and the size is also suitable for women.

A:Once u have downloaded app on your phone and set up go into 12/24hr clock and it will set time automatically for you

Q:Does it show who is calling or who sent a text or just vibrate?

A:It shows who is calling and gives you the option to decline the call. With text messages, they appear and show who has text. If you swipe to the right, you can find your messages and read them.
