How to connect the smart watch to your phone?

1. Activate the bluetooth of the phone first, and make sure the phone within “system support”range (IOS 9.0 & higher, Android 4.4& higher, Bluetooth 5.0).

2. The app name is V Band. Please install it in your smartphone first, then connect the watch to your smartphone through the app instead of through your phone’s bluetooth list to reach the complete functions.

3. The distance between the watch and your phone need within 0.5m when pairing. After paired, please note the communication of Bluetooth is within 10m. If beyond, it will get disconnected, then you need re-bind the phone with your watch.

Steps: Download the ‘V Band’ app in your smartphone (you can scan the QR code in user manual or search ‘V Band’ in App Store)<Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone<Go to ‘V Band’ app < ADD A Device < search the device named ‘ST30′<tap on ‘ST30’ < Finish to connect.

Use Watch to Dial Answer Call

Please note that this watch is dual Bluetooth（APP Bluetooth and Mobile phone (audio) Bluetooth）

1. Before using, please download the “V Band ” APP (by scanning the manual).

2. Please make sure to turn on call/SMS permission and bluetooth.

3. Turn on and connect the Bluetooth (name: ST30) of your phone<Open the APP and click ‘Binding Watch. If more than one devices nearby, please filter according to the MAC number of the watch.

4. Swipe down in the main interface of the watch, turn on Audio function, then enter the Bluetooth Setiing of the phone, search and connect the watch (name:ST30_Audio).

After successful connection, you can use the watch to dial to control the phone to make a call, you can also answer the phone call on the watch, and you can view the call log information and contacts of the watch.

Note: The audio cannot be turned on when the watch’s battery is low.

Q:Does the Siri voice function of this smartwatch only support Apple phones?

A：No, the voice assistant function of this smart watch supports Android and ios systems, compatible with Android, iPhone, and Samsung phones.(note: your phone needs to have the voice assistant function at the same time)

Q: How to turn on the watch and set the time?

A: When you first use the watch, please charge it first to activate it, or it will not tun on. The smart watch’s time will automatically sync with your phone after you connect through the ‘V Band’ app. The watch cannot set the time by itself.

Q: Can I make a call with watch?

A: Yes, you can, This watch has dual connection, it must be connected to the phone twice to use the call function.

First connect is via V Band APP to add device “ST30” for Basic functions, second connect is via phone bluetooth to connect “ST30_Video” for call function. When the bluetooth is connected successfull, you can make/answer/reject the call on your wrist.

Q: How to add the frequent contacts?

A:You can add up to 1000 frequent contacts, Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app and then add contacts in the V Band app-Device-Other Setting-Sync contacts-Add contacts. ( Note: the phone number can’t have () symbol)

Q: Can the watch switch to 12 hours/ imperial unit?

A: Yes, you can set it in the app–Other Setting–24-Hour Time/ Unit settings-Distance weight height-imperial /metric.

Q: The watch always light up in the night, how to turn off?

A: You can set “Do Not Disturb” on the watch: Press the button to enter the menu — Set up — Starting time– End time.

Q: Why can’t receive massage?

A: Please make sure that V Band app has the permission to read notification: Device— Message reminder — V Band — Notification authority; Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app then open the V Band app — Device — Message reminder — Turn on the Notification and SMS.
