Using a multi-colour LED screen, the car battery charger clearly shows charging status, battery status; charge voltage, summer mode, winter mode

If a sign appears on the product, the charger will enter the protection program and there will be no output and the LCD display will flash simultaneously.

The clamp sign will appear on the charger display in the following cases:

When the red/black clamp is a short circuit or reverse connection.

A warning sign will appear on the charger display in the following cases:

In 6V charging mode, the voltage between the red and black clamps is lower than 4.0V or the battery voltage is higher than 8.0V

In 12V charging mode, the voltage between the red and black clamps is lower than 8.0V or the battery voltage is higher than 16.0V

The battery failure sign appears on the charger display in the following cases:

After the battery is charged by the pulse program, the battery voltage is still lower than 4.5V in 6V charging mode or 9V in 12V charging mode.

After the battery enters the constant voltage program, the battery voltage is still lower than 4.5V in 6V charging mode or 9V in 12V charging mode.

After the battery is charged by the regenerative program, the battery voltage is still lower than 6V in 6V charging mode or 12V in 12V charging mode.

Compared to the universal 3-stage charging, this battery smart charger has 11-stage automatic charging process which can achieve maximum saturation of charging for the battery, to provide efficient, safer and more stable charging, and extend the battery life.

step2: initialization and pulse charging

After select the correct charging mode, the charger will initialize and check the status of the battery. When the deep discharge of the battery is detected, the charger will automatically switch to the pulse charging procedure for processing, and check whether the battery is faulty.

step3: soft start

In 4A current charging mode, the charger starts the charging process at 2A and the battery will warm up slowly to make the battery fully charged.

step4-7: constant current charging

The charger charges the battery at a constant current through 4 different charging currents.

Step8: constant voltage

If the charger detects that the battery has reached a certain voltage value, the charger automatically enters into constant voltage mode, which helps to extend the life of the battery and check if the battery is faulty.

step9: trickle charge

If it detects that the battery voltage has dropped to a certain defined voltage value, the charger will start trickle charging.

step10: detection/regeneration

If the battery voltage drops too much, the charger automatically switches to the regenerative procedure to restore the lost capacity of the battery.

step11: maintenance

If the charger is not disconnected from the battery for a long time, if the charger detects that the battery voltage drops below a certain determined value, it will start the last selected charging procedure again so that the battery can be maintained in the smoothest way without overcharging.

Easy to operate the battery charger, just simply press the MODE button and leave the charger to do the rest.

Adequate charging in winter.

It will enter the winter mode automatically below 10℃.

It will enter the summer mode automatically above 28℃.
