Common problem:

1. Why is only one of my headphones working? How do I reset the headset?

Put both earbuds back in the charging case turn off the headset, clear the Bluetooth pairing on your phone, then take both the left and right headset out, don’t connect them yet, double tap the right ear and re-pair.

(*Note: The headphones sometimes turn off due to low battery. You must put them back in the charging case to recharge them).

2. Is the touch button sensitive?
