Q: Why automatic curling irons not curl hair?

A: When curling hair, make sure to press the “Curl” button fully. After curling for a few seconds, you will hear multiple beeps, please don’t let go. When you hear two beeps, release the “Curl” button and hair. To get long-lasting curls, use it with a styling spray / oil.

Q: Is there a charging adapter in the package?

A: The automatic hair curler comes with a charger cable USB ( Type C ). Please use a 5V / 2A adapter to charge the automatic hair curler.

Q: How to solve the problem of accidentally stuck hair?

A: There is a black plastic ring on the top of the curlers. When the hair gets stuck accidentally, push back to release the hair.
