Product Description

Trouble shooting for One-Earbud Connection/Disconnection Issue:

1. Put both two earbuds back into the charging case;

2. Find ‘P23’ in your Bluetooth setting, choose ‘Forget This Device’;

3. Take out the earbuds out of the case, reconnect with your mobile device and wait for its re-connection.

Note: Touch panel can be very sensitive, please touch the earbuds softly only when using, no need to tap hard or might cause unnecessary error.

The earbuds doesn’t get any charged when I charge it and the LED power bar won’t display?

–It could be stored for a long time, the battery consumes too much power, and moisture invades which will cause damage. In this case, you need to let it charge for a while and ignore the charging case’s LED lights and let the battery activate before it can be used for at least 30 minutes.
